New Orleans Wedding: Jenn and Mike

I am the oldest of five kids and have two brothers and two sisters. All of my siblings are special to me but when the baby of the family gets married the tear ducts have no control especially when you’re photographing the day.

My brother Mike and his now wife Jenn live in New Orleans and have created a sweet home and life for themselves with the love of some very dear friends. My brother is a chef and co-owner of Satsuma, and Jenn is a dedicated teacher of the arts. It was my third visit to New Orleans and each time I go the city gets more and more into my heart. These two really wanted their families and friends to experience the place they call home and they could not have done a better job making it an amazing weekend of love and southern hospitality. Please join me in wishing my youngest brother and his new wife the best of everything in this world.

xo,
Sandra

The day before the wedding it poured buckets. The ground was pretty wet so my brother decided to move the chairs to get to drier ground. Here is the “cleanup crew” in action.

You can’t always get everyone to smile.
