Kristen and Josh are there for each other and have been for some time before they committed to tying the knot. They are committed; you can see it in their eyes and in their tenderness for one another. They are ballroom dance partners, aikido martial artists, dog parents, and home owners. They have been preparing to be the best life partners in so many ways and I am so happy to be the one to capture their wedding day. I so often find myself in the position of a new friend to my couples and feel a rush of happiness and a sense of pride for what they’re about to do. Photographing weddings is more than a job; I become a part of a community who care deeply about the couple and want to see them thrive.
