Last year when I received an email from Mollie I asked her a bunch of questions about her wedding and what she was most excited about. She wrote about bringing her family and her fiancé Tom’s family together, the party that would follow their ceremony, but what she was most excited about was walking down the aisle with Tom as a married couple. The first time we met I could instantly see that chemistry and that twinkle in Mollie’s eyes. Honestly, these two ignite when they are together.
At some point this past winter I mentioned on Facebook that I wanted to photograph at this really magical place in The Berkshires called Naumkeag. I had been there once to help a friend photograph a wedding and couldn’t get it out of my mind. It reminded me of Ireland and France all rolled in one and I couldn’t wait for an opportunity to photograph there. Mollie reached out and just like that my dreams came true, I got my magical photo shoot this spring with two of the loveliest people.
And this Saturday Mollie’s dreams will come true; she and Tom will marry surrounded by their friends and family followed by what I predict to be quite a celebration! Wish them well by leaving them a note and toasting to their life together.
