Can you say fabulous?!! Irena and Tim are gorgeous people on their own but together they make a stunning couple. And on top of that they are awesome dancers, one of my most favorite combinations. Their Manchester Country Club wedding landed on Labor Day weekend and they totally lucked out with great weather, but to be honest these two would have had a great time if it rained cats and dogs. Seriously.
There wasn’t a missed detail and their interfaith ceremony was thoughtful and filled with tradition and beautiful symbolism; I loved it. Gorgeous purples and grays were donned by their wedding party and their reception received the same royal treatment. I remember when I first met these two they seemed a little nervous about their Castle Island engagement shoot but after spending the afternoon together they totally warmed up. During their shoot I found out that Irena loved to dance so I was not surprised to see her on the dance floor as soon as possible during their wedding. What surprised me though, and made me laugh throughout their reception, was Tim’s equally animated dance moves and in-the-zone dance face. A couple of songs in particular he had that serious look going and it was so fun to capture.
I loved spending the day with Irena and Tim, and was thrilled to have my pal Susan Kowalski with me to capture the guys and so many other important parts of their day. Thanks Irena and Tim for making the end of the summer such a blast and for allowing me to be a part of your day. So many great moments and so much love. Congratulations!
